PARENT LETTER

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Family Members,

We hope you are excited about the upcoming Vacation Bible School at The Sanctuary Church! We are delighted to have you and your children join us this summer. To ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone involved, please take note of the following check-in and pick-up procedures.

Check-in:
Every evening, an adult must accompany their child into the Main Entrance for registration. The doors will open at 5:00 p.m., and the opening session will commence at 6:35 p.m. If you cannot accompany your child, please ensure they are accompanied by a responsible adult who can follow the check-in procedure.

Pick-up:
From 8:00-8:30 p.m. every evening, you may walk through the Main Entrance to register/check in and collect your child. A staff member will escort your child to you. Please take home any crafts or papers your child has received throughout the day.
